Intermediate/Advanced ballet folklorico classes with 2+ years or more dance experience. Class will cover the style and footwork of the different regions of Mexico, history, traditions, costume identification while learned the footwork, skirt movement, choreography, techniques & stage presence. Opportunity to perform in local community events.
Dress Code: All costumes provided by Ballet Folklorico Costa de Oro with a one-time costume fee for the year of $10 payable on the first day of class to the instructor. Girls: Dance attire and Mexican folk-dance shoes. Boys: Dance attire, Mexican folk-dance shoes – NO JEANS
