Crazy Stuff that Moves - Kinetic Machines - Creative Workshop

Can you imagine building fantastic machines, buildings, sculpture or creatures that move? Join us as we creatively and playfully explore how to use motors and gears to make kinetic objects. We'll use 3D design software to develop, lay out & 3D print gear systems that will actuate moving parts. We'll use basic electronic circuitry to power small motors, we'll use the Universal 660 laser cutter to make parts as needed, and we'll incorporate other materials and found objects into our designs. With a focus on kinetic systems, 3d design and creative play, everyone will have fun creating crazy things that move!
