Halloween Helper - Volunteer - San Jose Public Library

Spooky season is just around the corner and we need your help putting on our annual Halloween Festival. Get an inside look at how San Jose Public Library hosts library programs by volunteering away your library fines at a rate of $20 per hour at our upcoming Halloween Festival and receive yummy treats in the process. Feel free to come in costume.

Must be 15 years old or older to volunteer with this opportunity.

Volunteers are needed to help with:

• Assisting with set up prior to event
• Assisting with clean up and take down once event finishes
• Program management: Door monitoring, providing directional assistance to guests, assisting with crowd control, line minding and helping with art activities
  

Volunteers can choose from the following time slots:

• 3:00-5:00 PM (Assist set up and program management)
• 4:45-6:45 PM (Assist with clean up and program management)
• 3:00-6:45 PM (Assist with entire event)

Details and Requirements:

• Must be able to commit to the full time slot
• Must be 15 years old or older to volunteer with this opportunity
• No experience or special skills necessary
