For students from Kindergarten to 8th Grade.
Need help with your homework? Students can come to King Library's Children's Exploration Room (on the Mezzanine of the Children's Room) to be coached by volunteers through their assigned homework. Students can get help with their homework in subjects including reading, writing, math, social studies, science, and more! Homework Club at King Library is scheduled for Thursdays each week from 4:00 - 5:30 pm.
Coaching limited to children in Kindergarten through 8th grade; parents are welcome to remain in the room during the club. The Homework Club does not coach students younger than Kindergarten age; pre-school and younger children without caregiver supervision are not permitted in Homework Club. No registration is required, but please note Homework Club is staffed by volunteers; student to coach ratio depends on volunteer availability. Assistance in languages other than English may be provided based on volunteer availability.
