Monthly Teens Reach Meeting - Village Square Branch

Volunteer and Lead at the Library

Presented by San José Public Library

Learn about volunteering at the library!

This leadership and volunteer service group for teens ages 13-18 meets the third Thursday of each month. Get involved, earn volunteer hours, and be a leader in the library.

To become a member of Village Square's Teens Reach to volunteer, you must be 13-18 years of age, have a strong interest in the library, enjoy working with people of all ages and cultures, be reliable and communicative, and be willing to learn new skills. Membership requires regular attendance at meetings, participation in and support of library activities and events, and a sense of fun and adventure. As a bonus, Teens Reach members can earn community service hours through participation in meetings and other volunteer opportunities. For more information and to apply to volunteer go to www.sjpl.org/teensReach or email Aasia at [email protected].

Please observe our Safety Guidelines.

To request an accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act for library-sponsored events, please call 408-808-2355 or email [email protected] at least three business days prior to the event.
