Tech Assistance

Do you need to brush up your computer skills? Whether you need assistance putting together a Word document, Excel spreadsheet, or PowerPoint presentation, or receiving help submitting an online job application or other government document to learning a new online tool, our experienced and dedicated tech tutors can help!

Current Weekly Schedule:

• Tuesdays at 4 PM
• Wednesdays at 2 PM
• Thursdays at 11 AM (assistance available in English or Mandarin Chinese)
• Saturdays at 10 AM

How To Attend:

• Participants are encouraged to pre-register, however drop-ins are also considered.
• Register online or by calling the Willow Glen Branch Library at 408-808-3045 during the library's open hours.
• Participants will fill out a quick survey prior to their appointment to assess their technological goal/s, as well as a post-evaluation survey to gauge how the session went.
