Teens Reach is the youth council for the San José Public Library for ages 13-18, providing a key way for young adults to build their leadership skills by developing and participating in library activities, as well as becoming library advisors and advocates.
Rose Garden's Teens Reach group meets monthly on the second Tuesday with socializing and fun at 4:00 pm.
