Volunteer Opportunity - TeensReach - TeenHQ

Make a Difference in Your Community

Presented by San José Public Library

Calling all teens between the ages of 13 and 18 looking for simple volunteer opportunities. Every 3rd Tuesday of the month, for two hours at a time, join us in TeenHQ to assemble take home craft kits for kids and teens to enjoy on their own time. The table will be set with materials and instructions, all we need is your help in putting together the necessary supplies for each DIY craft.

To claim your volunteer credit, you must register to be a San Jose Public Library Volunteer and sign up for the Dr. Martin Luther King Library, Jr's TeensReach. You can log two hours of community service a month just from coming and lending a hand. You might even make some friends, and hey, you can take a craft kit home for yourself or someone you know.

Register for TeensReach here and then just drop in for the opportunities every month!
