Storytime at San Mateo County Libraries

Join us for bilingual Spanish and English stories and music the whole family will love! Children of all ages will enjoy listening, singing and playing along. Capacity limits may apply.

Baby storytime centers around parent/caregiver-child interactions. This storytime is developmentally appropriate for newborns and babies up to 18 months old. Join us for rhymes, lap bounces, singing, instruments and a book or two. Stay after storytime to socialize and play.

Get ready to learn and play with your little one! Hear new stories, sing songs and learn wiggles that the whole family can enjoy together, from toddlers to grown-ups.

This event will be held in the children's room at the Atherton library. After Storytime, join us for Stay and Play where kids and their caregivers can practice interpersonal skills, have fun learning to share, and socialize!

Please join us for songs, stories and movement activities! This storytime is developmentally appropriate for children between the age of two and three years old and focuses on parent/caregiver and child interactions. We will use fun books and activities to channel toddlers' energy into interactive learning.

Come along in your coziest pajamas for an imaginary journey where we'll hear new stories, sing songs, and learn fun wiggles that the whole family can enjoy together, from toddlers to grown-ups. Bring your favorite bedtime buddy and get ready for a night of fun!
