Storytime at San Mateo County Libraries

Baby storytime centers around parent/caregiver-child interactions. This storytime is developmentally appropriate for newborns and babies up to 18 months old. Please join us for rhymes, lap bounces, singing, instruments and a book or two.

This event will be held in the children's room at the Atherton library. After Storytime, join us for Stay and Play where kids and their caregivers can practice interpersonal skills, have fun learning to share, and socialize!

This event will be held outdoors at San Pedro Valley Park. Please bring your blanket/seating and sun protection. Capacity limits may apply. Storytime may be canceled in the event of inclement weather or poor air quality.

This storytime is developmentally appropriate for children between the age of two and three years old and focuses on parent/caregiver and child interactions. We will use fun books and activities to channel toddlers' energy into interactive learning.
