Storytime at San Mateo County Libraries

Let’s make music together! Join us for a silly, funny, song-and-dance-filled storytime for all ages. 

This event will be held outdoors at San Pedro Valley Park. Please bring your blanket/seating and sun protection. Capacity limits may apply. Storytime may be canceled in the event of inclement weather or poor air quality.

Come along on an imaginary adventure. Hear new stories, sing songs, and learn wiggles that the whole family can enjoy together, from toddlers to grown-ups.

It’s a musical jamboree! Join us as we make music together in this silly, song-and-dance-filled storytime for all ages.

Baby storytime centers around parent/caregiver-child interactions. This storytime is developmentally appropriate for newborns and babies up to 18 months old. Please join us for rhymes, lap bounces, singing, instruments and a book or two. 

Get ready to learn and play with your little one! Hear new stories, sing songs and learn wiggles that the whole family can enjoy together, from toddlers to grown-ups.

This event will be held in the children's room at the Atherton library. After Storytime, join us for Stay and Play where kids and their caregivers can practice interpersonal skills, have fun learning to share, and socialize!

MABUHAY! Sali na sa aming bilingguwál na oras ng kuwento sa Tagalog at Ingles kung saan bahagya natin matutunan ang kultura'ng Pilipino sa pamamagitan ng pagkanta ng tugmaan at awiting pokloriko at pag-basa ng mga kuwentong Tagalog na may pagsasalin sa Ingles.

Lahat ng bata at tagapag-alaga ng anu-mang edad, lahi o lipi ay inaanyayahang sumali.

MABUHAY! Join us for Bilingual Tagalog and English storytime where we'll be learning a little about the Filipino culture through singing Filipino rhymes and folk songs and reading stories in Tagalog with English translation.

Children of all ages and their caregivers are welcome.
