Prerequisites: The ability to swim 25 yards of crawl stroke and backstroke, 10 yards of elementary backstroke, 10 yards of breaststroke and sidestroke kick, tread water for 1 minute. In this class, we will be focusing on bilateral breathing, endurance, and technique. This class is held in the deep end of the pool.
