Enhance Flexibility and Strengthen Muscles

We will apply gentle stretch & flow movements at your comfort level, using the barre. We will tone your body by using your own body weight, bands, and hand weights. Bring a mat (or large towel) to lay on and a pair of 2- or 3-pound weights. If you do not have weights, bring 2 water bottles.
