Fun and Effective Cardiovascular Workout

Presented by South San Francisco Parks and Recreation

Government-Organized

Officially recognized by the local government

Zumba helps improve your cardiovascular fitness. It is a fusion of Latin (Cha-Cha, Bachata, Salsa), Oldies, Big Band, etc. and international music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, fun, and effective fitness system. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of quick, moderate, and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Appropriate for all levels of fitness levels, moving with your own flavor and comfort level. Bring water and a towel.
