San Anselmo Recreation offers Junior Tennis for kids
between the ages of 5–14. Tennis in Marin professional
coaches in conjunction with the USTA have now been
using a system where different colored balls are used
at corresponding age levels to allow more of a natural
progression toward learning the sport of tennis.
These new changes have allowed kids to rally and play
real tennis points at an early age. When kids are successful,
they are having fun, and when they are having fun,
they are usually successful. It works both ways. No class
