707 Diving is an AAU and USA registered club dive team that offers individualized and comprehensive training for springboard diving. The program grants participants the opportunity to have fun as well as learn an Olympic sport. As a team, we aim to progress our diving ability, understand the formal features of each individual dive, achieve a full list of dives, and of course to have fun! 707 Diving offers avenues for everyone, whether your goal is to learn flips off a diving board or to become an accomplished athlete through diving. All participants must additionally become a member of AAU at aausports.org. More details will be given at time of registration.

Hurdles, lines, and good times! FUNdamentals of Diving! is an introduction to springboard diving for children age's 13 - 17. In this course participants will learn basic diving skills that are both fun and challenging. The program is rooted in a learning-by-doing approach to diving that is designed to help children learn how to dive safely and confidently. Participants will learn how to simulate dives on flat ground, do some exercise to get warmed up, then dive into instruction. Each session will include engaging challenges and games that will motivate individuals to push themselves! All participants must additionally become a member of AAU at aausports.org. More details will be given at time of registration.
