Life Skills Course is a supportive and inclusive series designed to empower individuals with disabilities by teaching essential life skills. Participants will engage in structured learning sessions followed by practical, real-world experiences to build confidence in various aspects of independent living. Participants will learn about activities of daily living (ADLs), communication, money management, safety, career exploration, and how to navigate public transportation. *Adaptive Recreation intake required*
