Our lifeguarding review course is for those participants who need to renew their American Red Cross Lifeguarding and CPR/AED/ First aid certifications. A copy of the expired certification must be provided during the training. This course is 12 hours long over the course of two days.

This course is only available for participants who hold already hold a Red Cross lifeguard certification or a certification that is within 30 days of expiration date. Being a lifeguard can be one of the most rewarding jobs in recreation. Lifeguards provide water safety and security measures, and are first responders in time of need. Trainees will review adult, child and infant CPR; water safety, water rescues, as well as first aid and emergency response procedures. Trainees will be required to pass a pre-course swimming test during the first class. Upon successful completion of the course written and skills tests, trainees will receive a 2-year American Red Cross Certification for Lifeguarding, First aid, CPR and AED.
