Move and Groove - Motor Skills Development - Children

• Fine motor movement is the ability to make movements using the small muscles in our hands and wrists.

• Gross motor movement is the ability to involve movements of the large muscles of the arms, legs, and torso. 

Move and Grove is a movement class for children with a focus on developing motor skills. In a fun and supportive environment, children will practice using fine and gross motor skills throughout the class. Activities will be fun, engaging, and tailored to improve motor movements.
