Navig8 is a 5-week series designed to equip teens with essential life skills to navigate the challenges and opportunities of adolescence and beyond. Through a series of engaging sessions, participants will explore key topics including life stages, mindfulness, career exploration, money management, communication, relationships, emotional stress management, teamwork, and discovering personal hobbies. Purchase a 5-week bundle to save money or purchase sessions individually.
