Shallow Water Aerobics incorporates cardio and resistance training for a full body, low impact workout for people of all fitness levels. Aqua belts, barbells, dumbbells and pool noodles are available on a first come first serve basis. Pre-registration is highly recommended, drop-ins are welcome.
