CLASS IS FREE & sponsored by Innovative Health Solutions, but there is a $5 administrative fee and $1 maintenance fee. REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
Soul line dance is a (6) week long class that focuses on building physical activity and coordination with soul music. Participants will learn different forms of music and line dancing in-between a regular and slowed down pace.
