This is a beginners to intermediate class that teaches a variety of martial arts from basic Taekwondo Palgwe forms, Olympic style Taekwondo sparring, basic boxing combinations and and handful of useful Sambo/Jiujitsu self defense techniques.  All sparring is light to medium contact and will require some protective gear.  This class covers from white belt to green belt. Uniform required. 

Mr. Calub earned his first dan in 1992 under Master W. Kim.  Mr. Calub has taught beginner and intermediate level classes in Benecia California for 3 years, he has also competed in USTU from 1993 to 1995 and coached a kids Junior Olympic team.
