We’ll make lip-smacking experiments while exploring topics in food chemistry and earth sciences. Learn the science of lemonade sorbets. Use Oreo cookies to explore the phases of the moon. Many old favorites such as root beer ice cream return. We’ll cook up density concoctions and create some fizz as we learn about CO2. Come hungry! Note on allergies: we use various food ingredients including dairy, chocolates, gelatin for our experiments. Strict hand washing procedures before each experiment, no sharing of plates and cutlery.
