Mindfulness is a practice that dedicates time and attention towards the present moment that has shown to improve cognitive ability, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve quality of life. Partake in several nature-based mindfulness exercises with the help of a Park Ranger to gain a greater appreciation for nature and each other. Join Park Staff for a simple, relaxing morning activity and some warm drinks!

While this program is FREE, space is limited so registration is required.

All ages welcome, children must be accompanied by adults at all times. If signing up your child for this program, please ensure to sign yourself up as well.

The Nature Learning Center is located in Central Park. Free parking is available on a first-come, first served basis. Enter the Aqua Adventure Waterpark parking lot, continue to the end, and park near the 6 palm trees.
