Open Gym - Ages 5-15+ - Novato Gymnastics

This is an adult led open gym class for children ages 5-15+ years with special and adaptive needs. The goal of this class is to promote gross motor skill development, motor planning, and movement confidence! Our facility is ideal for movement exploration and play. Staff will set-up a variety of obstacle courses using gymnastics equipment. In addition, participants will have access to trampolines, climbing ropes, bars and balance beams. While Novato Gymnastics Staff will be on-site to supervise, Staff will not be teaching the class. An adult is REQUIRED to stay for the duration of the class and be responsible for their participant.

Please note, participation is limited to ONE adult per participant. No additional adults, family members, or similar, may be out in the gymnastics space.

No Classes: Saturday, November 16 (Novato Gymnastics Competition), Saturday, November 30 (Thanksgiving Week), or Saturday, December 14 (Special Event).
