For new and returning recreational swimmers interested in continuing to build their swim skills and confidence. Focus will be in stroke development and race details.
Participants must be able to swim, unassisted, 25 yards each of freestyle (face in the water with rhythmic breathing) and backstroke. Coaches are on the deck for this program. No swim meets or work requirements. New 10 & Under swimmers must attend a free swim try out to ensure correct placement.
Please come prepared to swim (wearing suit) every day, and bring towel/goggles, and water bottle.
