Join us for a transformative 45-minute session that combines breathwork, meditation, and Yoga Nidra to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. We’ll begin with breathwork to enhance lung capacity and bring clarity to your mind, followed by a guided meditation to deepen your inner awareness. The session will conclude with Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative practice that releases stress and restores balance.

To fully benefit, please be in a quiet and comfortable space free from disturbances. This class is perfect for both beginners and those looking to deepen their practice, offering a peaceful environment for self-discovery and relaxation. Wear comfortable clothing and have a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow handy. No prior experience is necessary.
