Tandem Kayak Tour of Lake Merced

Take a self guided Tandem Kayak tour of beautiful lake Merced. Explore the beautiful Lake Merced by kayak and see diverse wildlife and natural areas of this freshwater lake. A limited number of kayaks are available on a first come first serve basis at the Lake Merced Boathouse for one hour self guided tours. Please reserve a spot per time slot. Kids under the age of 12 who register for this class must be accompanied by a registered adult. Anyone who will be kayaking must be registered for the class in order to participate. Individuals who do not register with a partner will be paired with another single participant to share a tandem kayak. We do not have single participant kayaks. Release waivers will need to be signed the day of paddling. Participants are also required to watch several instructional videos prior to paddling out. These videos & Waiver will be emailed to the participants the week before their registered time.
