Create a gorgeous natural holiday wreath with fresh materials. Our workshop leaders will provide all the basic materials needed, along with hands-on instruction. Bring some of your own ornaments and accents to add to the beauty and sentiment. Workshop fee includes one wire wreath ring, a paddle of florist wire, assorted fresh greens harvested from local parks, berries, cones, and ribbon.  Wear old clothes, dress warmly, and bring work gloves and pruners for snipping. This workshop is a fundraiser for the Improving Public Places group, so not only will you learn the technique and leave with a beautiful wreath, but you can feel great about contributing to civic beautification. This activity will bring out your creativity and put you in the holiday mood! Hot spiced cider and holiday music help to set the mood. Fee includes supplies for one wreath; families may work together on one wreath, or make additional wreaths by enrolling more than one person. The morning workshop is family-friendly, and aimed at all ages. The afternoon session will include wine, and is targeted at adults only.  Please note that greens will be replenished between sessions!  Register early as spaces are limited and fees will increase to $35/$40 the day of the event.
